Refund policy

 

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the 30 day period have expired, your purchase will not be valid for a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition as well as in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your item as well as approval or rejection of your refund.

On approval, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Should you instead receive a credit voucher for your return , this will be valid for 6 months from issue.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Should you experience a delay in the funds reflecting in your account, we suggest that you  contact your credit card company or your banking institution.  Should you require further information to track your refund, please feel free to contact us at :  sales@lalunalifestyle.com


Sale items 

Any items on SALE are NOT valid for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Should you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email to : belinda@lalunalifestyle.com 

Gift vouchers / Credit vouchers are valid for upto a maximum of 6 months from the date of issue. The voucher will need to be presented (via a photo or scanned and emailed to us) in order for it to be validated . A unique code will then be provided which you can enter at checkout to receive the credit amount due.
